Do you want to run a bumper for the looks or protection, and still have the best motor cooling possible on the slash transmission constraints?
We got you. Tested with no loss of cooling performance we can tell, the design goals were the same as the original: make sure ALL the air the fan can move actually hits your motor AND keep the full gearing adjustment range.
Some other mounts are really just brackets, or manage wiring for you. The only "and also" in this fan duct is you can get great cooling, and also run a bumper. Wiring is up to you, but doable, getting the most cooling possible from your fan? We'll handle that.
For tracks that allow a fan in the 12T Sportsman class, this duct force feeds the stock 550 can slots as well.
Uses the stock transmission screws for mounting, includes 4 flathead fan screws that work well to mount the majority of the aluminum case 30mm fans used. Other 30mm fans may require different screw selections by the user.
